Warranty Policy

Section 1 – Basic Warranty Terms
Furniture [For tables & desks, cabinets, stools & chairs, sofas, furniture sets, shelves & racks, and beds]
2-year limited on the materials, workmanship and the functioning of electronic components.
Note that issues with the fabrics, seat cushions, and leather covers are not covered in this warranty, but can be replaced at minimal cost as long as the original cover is still available.

Section 2 – Warranty Agreement and Restrictions
woodefurniture.com warrants the products sold by woodefurniture.com shall be free from defects in material, workmanship and function under Normal Use on the warranty period outlined in Warranty Terms from the original date of receipt. “Normal Use” means in strict accordance with the installation, operation and maintenance manual.
If any of the warranted products are found by woodefurniture.com to be defective in normal use, such products will, at woodefurniture.com’s option, be replaced, repaired or made appropriate adjustment at woodefurniture.com’s cost. The parties hereto expressly agree that Original Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy against woodefurniture.com shall be on the repair, replacement or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. In no event shall the liability of woodefurniture.com exceed the purchase price of the product.
This limited warranty DOES NOT cover any loss and/or damage due to:
Misuse or unusual use
Mishandling
Accident
Neglect
Acts of god. Relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
Improper installation
Improper maintenance and care. Using abrasive cleaners such as powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine, or steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish. Significant product exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners and harsh outdoor environment will void any and all warranties on finishes and material.
Modification (including but not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair. This warranty only applies when all components have been provided by woodefurniture.com. Substituting another manufacturer’s product and/or components will render the warranty completely void.
Normal wear and tear from daily use. For example, gloss reduction, scratching, staining and alkaline etching of finishes over time, due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser, and is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. No affirmation of woodefurniture.com.com, by words or action, other than as set forth herein shall constitute a warranty.
If you believe that you have a warranty claim, contact woodefurniture.com.com. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & Qty of the defective item(s), a complete description of the problem, provide pictures or video evidence clearly showing the problem.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS ON ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR INFRINGEMENT. BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT BE ENTITLED TO, AND woodefurniture.com.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE ON, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TO LOSS OF PROFT, PROMOTIONAL AND/OR MANUFACTUTING EXPENSES, OVERHEAD, INJURY TO REPUTATION AND/OR LOSS OF CUSTOMERS.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Carefully review your order information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, if you want to change product or cancel. When you need, first of all, please check the status of your order.
Pending: You can just leave it alone and place a new order. Please note that the pending order will display in your account within a month, after that the order will be cancel automatically and you will receive a cancellation email.
Order Processing: Please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible to cancel or change product.
Completed: It can no longer be changed or canceled, you may return it following our return&exchange policy if it meets returnable conditions.
Please note that customized items and furniture items can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation. In addition, change products only can be arranged before your original order is shipped. Some products cannot be changed, please contact customer service for any further questions. If a delivery is refused for any reason without woodefurniture’s consent, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges and handling fees.
Changes or Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our customer service.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Carefully review your shipping information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, shipping address cannot be changed online. When you need, first of all, please check the status of your order.
Pending: You can just leave it alone and place a new order.
Shipment transfer: Please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible to make changes.
Completed: It depends on the carrier’s service. Some carriers offer address change service by charging additional fee. With all of this in mind, we still do understand that sometimes you want to ask us to try, so you may contact Customer Service to check the possibility. Note that country cannot be changed, success or not depends on carriers, additional address change fee will be at customer’s expense.
If unfortunately, the carrier who delivers your order doesn’t offer address change service, please manage to receive your order at the original shipping address or directly contact the carrier to seek assistance. If the address is totally invalid, package may be destroyed or returned to sender. In this situation, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges and handling fees.

How to Estimate the Delivery Date?

Pre-Order: You can find the Estimated Delivery Date instructions on each product page.
Post-Order: Visit Account – My Orders for the up-to-date order status. We will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information once we have shipped your order.
Please note: Deliveries are not typically made at weekends or on holidays.

How to Track the Package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier’s website and use the tracking number to track your package.
If you have an account, the tracking number and website can also be found in the Order Status History in Account-My Orders.
If you without an account, you can use the email address and order number via website “Customer Service-Track Order” to check the tracking information.

Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?

You can only specify one address per order.
If you’re buying several items and want to designate that items be sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.

How Does Shipping Work for Oversized Items?

Oversized items are large products including most furniture, bathtubs, multi-toilets, multi-bathroom sinks etc that must ship by Freight Outside Home Delivery Service due to size or weight.
Freight Outside Home Delivery Delivery covers delivery to the first dry area outside the home only. Delivery lead time is about 3-7 working days from the time it leaves our warehouse.
Carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time that will vary depending on the freight carrier’s schedule. Whatever information you can give during the phone call will be given to the driver to make the delivery easier for them and for you.
Inform the carrier if you have any circumstances that could affect the delivery (additional fees may apply):
Very narrow driveway
Dead-end street
Ferry for island locations, etc. (fees may apply)
The driver will need to park in a particular place
Delivery to a side door or garage entrance

Would my order be delivered together, if I ordered many items?

Usually, your order will be dispatched in separate parcels.
